How to delete account

At The Life TrackR, we understand that sometimes you may need to say goodbye. If you’re wondering how to delete account, rest assured—it’s easy. We’re here to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Here’s how to delete your account on The Life TrackR app:

1. Open the app and tap on settings icon on top right corner from Home Screen.
2. Now tap on “Account Deletion”
3. Share with us why you’re leaving: We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to share your reasons for deleting your account. This helps us improve the app for everyone.
4. Once you submit your feedback, your account deletion will be initiated. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your account and associated personal data to be permanently deleted.

Disclaimer: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your personal information associated with the account, including login data, will be removed from our app logs.
